Pharmacy Weight Loss Falkirk is a GPhC-registered online pharmacy (No. 9012511) providing weight management consultations and prescription services to patients in Falkirk and across the United Kingdom. We reserve the right to decline or withdraw services where we determine it is not clinically appropriate or safe to treat you. Eligibility is assessed by our prescribing team on an individual basis.
All prescription medications are issued at the sole discretion of our prescribers following a clinical assessment. Submitting a consultation does not guarantee that a prescription will be issued.
Our prescribers may request additional information, refer you to your GP, or decline to prescribe if they consider it unsafe or inappropriate. Any prescription issued is valid for use with our pharmacy only, unless otherwise stated.
You must inform us of any changes to your health, medication, or medical history before each order. Providing false or incomplete information may result in harm and could constitute fraud.
Full payment is required at the time of placing your order. All prices are displayed in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable.
We accept major debit and credit cards. Payment is processed securely through our third-party payment provider. We do not store your full card details.
Prices are subject to change. The price displayed at checkout is the price you will be charged.
Once your order has been reviewed and approved by our pharmacist, delivery will take place within 1 working day. Orders approved after our daily dispatch cut-off will be dispatched the following working day.
We use tracked delivery services. A signature may be required upon receipt. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers, incorrect delivery information provided by you, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
It is your responsibility to ensure someone is available to receive your order. Medication cannot be left unattended in an unsecured location.
You may cancel your order before it has been approved and dispatched by contacting us promptly. Once a prescription has been dispensed and dispatched, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds for prescription medication, in accordance with UK pharmacy regulations and patient safety requirements.
If your order has not yet been processed, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 working days.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt and we will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
